The Bridge

The Bridge is a Bible-centred, missions-focussed gap year for 18 to 21 year olds. It aims to give them a real taste of mission and the needs of the world. It's a year to reflect and explore life, to have adventure and fun – and to experience the opportunity to make a difference in their lives, and the lives of others!

Importantly, the Bridge is also a hands-on, relational program. You don't just observe, you do. Get involved in cross-cultural mission, experience the challenges facing people who are oppressed and disadvantaged, and meet all kinds of people from different backgrounds and ministries. Dive into lots of different cultures, as well as travel to a missional area in the middle of the year.

Most of all though, we want students at The Bridge to be transformed through a deeper knowledge of God’s word and growing in Christ-likeness. We want all students to be ready to love and serve God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength – for the rest of their lives...
